Yes, iCAS supports Multiple Settlement Periods/Bill Cycles for different partners e.g. Weekly, Fortnightly, Bi-monthly, monthly, etc.

How does iCAS manage Points of Interconnection (POIs)?

iCAS manages Points of Interconnection (POIs) by creating and managing multiple interconnect partner accounts and contacts and defining multiple billing cycles. iCAS captures costs for traffic carried through interconnecting partners.

iCAS manage rates on time of day, day of week, holidays, and exceptional cases.
It defines usage, fixed and recurring charges.

How does iCAS handle the billing for different routes?

At times, you would need to review the routes or gateways through which your calls are routed, to compare the cost that they charge. The Least Cost Routing feature of iCAS provides you with a tool to compare the cost of various routes to determine the ones that cost the least. You can analyze the least cost routes for up to top 20 carriers.

The list gives details of the Rate Sheet, Area code, Area name, and then the details of each carrier (s) (depending on the number of carriers you have specified) with their rates per minute.

How does iCAS charge on Least Cost Routing?

iCAS does charging based on the rates defined in the system. Based on the rates applicable and the assigned rate plan, calls are charged. Through LCR, one can get to know the rates applicable and can effectively set up rates and plans to maximize the profit.

Does iCAS enable buying and selling of minutes?

Yes, iCAS enables buying and selling of minutes as it is meant for settlement. It has the capability of maintaining credit and debit rate plans.

How does iCAS manage the SLA and Billing/Settlement based on the SLA?

One can create, edit SLAs and maintain the SLA format in iCAS. As the business requirements change, you might want the users to enter more or different kinds of information, specific to your purpose, which is also possible in iCAS.

Does iCAS provide the functionality of Call Matching and reconciliation ?

The application provides the ability to the service provider to audit the bills of the interconnecting partners on the basis of various configurable adjustment and tolerance parameters. This provides the ability to service providers to filter out disputed calls and keep a control over the invoices raised by partners for traffic carried through their networks

Does the system have any canned reports?

iCAS offers a Reporting Module wherein you have a range of five different reports, each concerned with a different aspect. You can generate the Invoices, you can determine the outbound traffic, you can view the Network Summary, and the Account Activity report of the customer can be generated.
