How does iCAS handle the
billing for different routes?
At times, you would need to review the routes or gateways
through which your calls are routed, to compare the cost that
they charge. The Least Cost Routing feature of iCAS provides
you with a tool to compare the cost of various routes to determine
the ones that cost the least. You can analyze the least cost
routes for up to top 20 carriers.
The list gives details of the Rate Sheet, Area code, Area
name, and then the details of each carrier (s) (depending
on the number of carriers you have specified) with their rates
per minute.
How does iCAS charge on Least
Cost Routing?

calls are charged. Through LCR, one can get to know the rates
applicable and can effectively set up rates and plans to maximize
the profit.

basis of various configurable adjustment and tolerance parameters.
This provides the ability to service providers to filter out
disputed calls and keep a control over the invoices raised
by partners for traffic carried through their networks
Does the system have any
canned reports?
