Infozech integrates with BroadSoft’s BroadWorks to offer a complete solution for a Broadband Service Provider in Mexico

Infozech Software Inc., a leading provider of convergent telecom billing and settlement solutions, has integrated its offerings with BroadSoft®’s BroadWorks® platform. The integration has allowed the two companies to provide an end-to-end infrastructure for a VoIP services provider in Mexico. Infozech’s offering is an integrated, feature-rich solution that provides scalability, redundancy, interoperability and the ability to introduce new and innovative services in real time.

Infozech’s solution for the Mexican telco consists of various modules including mediation, customer management, order entry, credit control and payments and accounting. An independent interface for its subscribers, allows them to make online payments and access other Web self care options.
