Infozech to join hands with Cisco Systems for its global Technology
Development Program
Tie-up to scale new heights in IP communications
Infozech Software, a leading global transaction processing company
focused on the telecom space, has joined hands with the networking
giant, Cisco Systems for its Technology Development Partner program.
Announcing the tie-up in New Delhi today, Mr. Ankur Lal, CEO,
Infozech Software said, “As a Technology Development Partner
of Cisco, we will be able to take the concept of customer self
service to new levels and help telcos achieve economies of scale
and flexibility of deployment. The collaboration will take the
integration of voice and IP technologies, to new heights. At the

all at much lower costs. This tie-up would also help the company
address a new segment of users within the BFSI (Banking, Financial
Services and Insurance) vertical, in addition to telcos.”
Under the aegis of Cisco’s Technology Development Program,
the two companies will be focused on creating self-care applications
using Cisco’s Customer Voice Portal (CVP) and its IP Contact
Center (IPCC) platforms.
The customer care system is a combination of the Cisco CVP and
IPCC solutions, which enhance the overall user experience by providing
a single point of contact for different types of interactions across
the entire enterprise.
“By combining Cisco’s solutions, with our customer
care systems, we will be able to greatly enhance real-time transaction
processing and payments, provide deployment of localized applications
and increase ease-of-use,” added Mr. Lal.
The key advantage of the Cisco CVP platform is that it allows
enterprises to leverage existing contact center equipment without
going in for a revamping of the existing contact center procedures.
This enables customers to cut down on additional investments.
As part of the Cisco Technology Development Program, Infozech
will be able to bring a bouquet of benefits to its existing and
potential customer base. Infozech, which has a vast portfolio of
voice-enabled solutions targeted at global telecom service providers,
will now be able to extend these offerings to large enterprise
customers using CVP and IPCC.
